A Typical Spring Eve

The breeze is blowing the curtains
And the birds are singing outside
Voices echo in the distance
And the flowers have come alive.

The trees are burdened with beautiful buds
Animals and birds have picked their mate
The whisper of the wind surrounds me
I can hear the creaking of a gate.
The insects are creating a chorus
Each one sings their own little tune
The wonder of life is going on
You can hear and smell the sweet perfume.

The sun is setting in the West
The moon is ready to rise
Other insects will soon join in
Everything will begin to harmonize.
I'll close my eyes and take it all in
Let the breeze blow through my hair
Enjoy this beautiful Spring evening
Relaxing in my easy chair.
